Team Leader / Manager


Job Responsibilities :


1. Lead Hiring for one of the verticals and source for open leadership (Mid & Senior level) positions through various talent sourcing tools such as the internal job positing, internal referral programs, companys webpage, online recruitment, campus placements and recruitment consultants Sourcing, screening , Functional Interview scheduling, co-ordination with hiring managers, closure of interviews, interview feedback forms consolidation, Offer fitment and recommendation . Co-ordination and closure with candidates on offer acceptance and joining date confirmations


2. To identify pipeline positions and plan for sourcing bench strength with appropriate head hunters To ensure that a skill matrix for each function and role is prepared to identify gaps or overlaps and identify pipeline available for larger roles. To integrate the talent sourcing plan to identify positions to fill internally or externally


3. IJP process: Communication, screening, scheduling for functional assessment, co-ordination for transfers of selected associates, etc. as per the IJP Policy


4. Data Management: Track & update all recruitment trackers Open Positions, Candidate trackers & Dashboard data. Maintain and update employee referral database. Publish Weekly, Fortnightly & monthly dashboards to respective stakeholders


5. Co-ordination for search partners and job-portal agreement renewals, purchase requisitions, and invoice receipt and processing of payments


6. Manage team of junior recruiters and train & mentor them. Lead the respective vertical/function and ensure closures as per defined SLAs


7. Work on implementation and adherence of the recruitment processes & policies (E.g. IJP, Referral, Re-Hire, Notice Period, Joining Bonus, Pre BGV etc.)


8. Work on ATS and evaluate & implement new recruitment AI tools for increasing recruitment process efficiency


9. Ensure best in class candidate & stakeholder experience and design & implement initiatives to drive the same


Candidate with strong 6-15 yrs of experience in FMCG/manufacturing hiring
