- Preparation of monthly MIS

- Definition of process of MIS preparation and oversee the preparation of the monthly MIS

- Contingency planning in order for the quarterly RoE targets to be met

- Analysis of performance

- Develop the hypothesis that explains the performance and possible data templates that would help perform the analysis

- Monthly review with Senior Management

- Review of the MIS and preparation of talking points for presentation to Senior Management

- Make specific recommendation to members on actions to be taken for meeting estimates

- Projections and budget

- Understand the interplay between businesses and moderate them

- Highlighting the deviant trends to Financial Planning team in order for them to re-plan business metrics

- ACM and Board Meetings

- Proof reading and quality control of all materials needed for the ACM and Board Meetings
