Organisation- Leading Private Sector Bank

Location- Mumbai

Team Leader - Business Solutions- TPP

- Study external and internal environment and come up with new initiatives and implement

- Execute / Implement various strategic projects within the Bank.

- Understand new Tech advancement and link with business opportunities and execute projects

- Coordinate with various user functions for timely closure of requirements and other actionable.

- Review user requirements considering regulatory framework and existing system architecture.

- Coordination with various department / Users like Product teams, Ops, IT, Vendors etc.. To execute projects as per agreed project plan.

- Ensure that the production release is defect free.

- Identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention.

- Manage Robotics automation using tools like UFT / UI Path / Selenium

- Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS and Reporting.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Should have good understanding of following domains.

- Mutual Fund

- NPS

- ASBA

- Life insurance

- General Insurance (Health, Group, Motor)

- BPM Tool

- Automation Tools like (HP UFT, Selenium etc..)

Should have solution oriented approach.

- Preferred to be MBC Finance or CA least 12 to 15 year's of total experience

- Well versed with creating management presentations and dashboards.

- Should have at least 7 years of working experience in Business Analyst role in BFSI domain.

- Should have good communication skills (Written and Verbal)

- Should be able to manage large teams with various skills.

- Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail.

- Should be good in vendor evaluation and negotiations

- Experience in large scale project implementation.
