Your role :

- Strong understanding of Instrument Data Management or Reference Data Management - including Static Data and Pricing Data.

- Understanding of operational procedures around data control, cross verification of data, cleansing, consolidation and golden copy creation.

- Have experience in conducting a regular sampling of data across Reference data, Pricing & Corporate Actions

- Perform Price analysis and validation on a daily / weekly / monthly basis to ensure that securities are accurately updated.

- Work closely with Data Vendors both offshore and onshore.

- Your team A role exists within the APAC Instrument Data Management Team which is part of the overall Data Management Office & Reference Data organization. This role is with a new team within the Data Function which will be primarily responsible to carry out Independent Supervisory Sampling & Testing of the output from our Vendor staff and to further strengthen our Operational Risk Framework

Your experience and skills :

- At least 8 yrs of working experience with instruments across multiple products classes, familiar with vendor and exchange feeds.

- Hands on experience. Either in a investment bank/asset management firm /or a related service provider

- Practical working experience on projects, and able to achieve deliverables while focusing on quality, quantity and timeliness of completion

- Bachelor's Degree/PG in Accounting, Business, Math's fields would be considered with very strong relevant experience.
