We are looking for a Team Leader - Global Mobility Operations to lead a moderately complex team by effectively managing work allocation and supervising overall service performance to meet required service levels to global stakeholders. Ensure the accuracy of the data held and maintained within Global Advantage and Business Solution, which feeds critical global HR processes including Remuneration Review and Talent Management. The Team Leader will be responsible for:

- Providing consultation services to the business to help them decide the appropriate assignment conditions and understand compliance

- Providing assignment briefings to the employee to explain to them their assignment benefits and their obligations around income taxes and work permits

- Managing tax and immigration processes and audits with authorities and complying with local legislation in the area of employment law for cross-border employment

- Partner with global team members within Global Mobility in the deployment of Global Mobility policies and processes

- Provide resolution for complex cases and act as a point of escalation for team members as well as customers

- Ensure systems and processes are in place to ensure compliance with Global Mobility Framework, data privacy requirements and legislative requirements for countries within the regions for example immigration

- Identify opportunities for improvement to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the end to end Global Mobility services

- Responsible for development and performance management of direct reports as well as developing strategies for capability uplift to ensure a strong talent pipeline

- Manage the on boarding and training of new team members to meet required competencies

- Lead Annual cycle activities including Rem Review, FX rate updates and tax updates to ensure successful delivery within the timelines

- Manages activities related to the operationalization of technology including ongoing maintenance, data integrity and issue resolution

About you:

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

- College/University Education (Essential): Equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in HR, Administration or Business

- Technical qualifications in HR and/or Administration desirable

- Demonstrated ability to manage own workload effectively, including the ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines

- Prior direct team management experience

- Global Mobility domain experience

- Analytically minded with strong technical and operational experience

- Ability to interpret, manipulate, and analyze data with attention to detail

- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite is essential.

- Exposure to International Assignee payroll is desirable

- Good understanding of global mobility and how it contributes to the broader HR agenda

- Proven ability to communicate and build effective relationships with stakeholders

- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to bridge different language/culture/organizational styles

- Results-orientated with a pragmatic outlook
