Team Leader - Financial Reporting - Manufacturing Firm - CA (15-22 yrs)

Position reports to : Financial Controller

Positions peer with : Team Leader- MIS and Budgeting, Team Leader- Sales, Creditors and Debtors

Positions reporting : Manager - Financial Reporting and Executive - Financial Reporting

- Chartered Accountant - Minimum 15 years of experience in a manufacturing set up with exposure to Ind AS, IFRS reporting, US GAAP reporting. Knowledge of SAP and BPC / Hyperion consolidation tool for financial reporting. Knowledge of FEMA , SEBI and Companies Act

1)Should possess in depth functional knowledge and should Keep himself updated the latest development.

2) Should be open to learn the new development as there are significant changes in all the regulations in last 3 to 4 years

3) Demonstrates awareness of changing industry, business trends, market and competitive conditions. Should be able to identify the key issues and rectification thereof.

4) Should possess good interpersonal and team building skills.

5) Process oriented

KRA :

- Financial Reporting - Responsible for preparation of Ind AS Financial Statements and Annual / quarterly results for compliance with SEBI listing guidelines and Companies Act

- Preparation of preparation of Annual Reports and ensure new changes to annual reports are implemented

- Ensure compliances to Related party Transactions with reference to SEBI listing guidelines and Companies Act

- M & A - Conceptualize and suggest changes to key structures for acquisition of new business to ensure business strategies for M & A are met - Compliance to RBI Regulations - ODI / APR etc
