Team Leader - Distribution Planning - Manufacturing

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of distribution planners who will be responsible for the below activities

- Maintain agreed service levels in the assigned territory

- Manage and optimize inventory days of coverage in the assigned territory

- Review stock outs | low inventory and initiate mitigative actions

- Prepare STO Plan and create STR | STO in SAP on a daily basis

- Review Inter-Hub movements requirements

- Align with Regional Sales Managers and Regional Sales Commercial Managers to understand requirements and act as required

- Preparation and upgradation of daily dispatch reports, deployment logics

- PR Creation in SAP for requested material

- SRN on Bills as per need

- Participate in the implementation of Planning Module and ensuring usage

- MIS

- Demand and Supply planner

- Area Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Zonal Managers

- Sales Commercial Officers & Regional Sales Commercial Managers

- Commercial Managers (Purchase)

- Third Party Vendors

- Production (Plant) team
