Team Leader - CRM (5-10 yrs)
- Implementing and driving effective Sales Order delivery to customer as per defined KPI and l business objectives
- Overall responsibility for customer complaints resolution process and use problem solving approach in driving resolution in accordance to company's policy & procedures by understanding the root cause.
- Implement/Suggest corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
- Provide sales forecast to the Planning and Manufacturing Teams in liaison with the sales team for stock transfer to all warehouses. Inventory management for all warehouses
- Coordinating with logistics team for timely movement of material to customer and feedback queries/ solutions
- Should build relationships & networks to drive initiatives across the entire value chain - with Employees, Service Providers, and Customers etc
- Customer Feedback/survey on quality, delivery on yearly basis.
- Engage and influence the Customer Service team.

- Work in multi-functional teams with Sales, Finance and Operations etc., to come up and execute innovative solutions.
- Customer Focused, partner with Sales Team in ensuring quality and reliability of service
- Customer level detention demurrage mapping
