Team Leader - Corporate Partnerships

Key Responsibilities :

- Undertake targeted enrollment of corporates and NGOs into Coalition

- Work on programme deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and reporting on progress

- Close policy level engagement with key stakeholders both internal and external.

- Prepare presentations/reports to report to the Steering Committee and senior stakeholders from time to time .

- Write proposals for grant submissions to potential donors

- Develop tracking/monitoring/feedback tools for the deliverables for tracking and reporting on the success indicators

- Assist the senior Advisor, Credit Finance

- Identifying innovative ways of Credit Financing for Sanitation by working closely with Banking Institutions, MFIs, FIs, NBFCs and MSMEs etc

- Fund raising to create sanitation focused financing platform for all relevant parties to mobilize financing.

- Working on knowledge products like white papers and case studies in WASH Financing

Qualification :

- Post-graduation qualification in business management or social sciences

Minimum Experience :

- 8 to 12 years in social sector projects or socially relevant events.

Competencies :

- Excellent interpersonal skills, networking ability, and ability to work effectively in a politically sensitive environment

- Ability to forge effective working relationships at senior level with diverse external stakeholders including the Corporates, government and media

- Understanding of public policy relating to water, sanitation, waste management, environment, and hygiene preferred

- Project and event management experience mandatory

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute in short timeframes

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, excellent report writing, proposal writing and presentation skills
