A varied role for a Team leader/ Assistant Manager who will be looking after company's US/UK Non Voice Process (Insurance Domain). Someone with good experience in People Management, Operations Management, Operations excellence. Previous exposure in Finance data or insurance process is a must LOCATION: Mumbai YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER A leading, global firm with a distinguished clientele providing extensive financial and insurance services company. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Ensure all US/UK placement are completed within the agreed timelines with agreed quality standards. - Build technical and subject matter expertise and process placements when required. - Ensure accurate team performance/ad-hoc reports go out to senior management within the agreed TAT. - Support the end to end client service delivery. - Establishing processes, SOPs, streamlining workflow and improving processes to enhance productivity innovatively. - Design and build reports and analysis that reflects business requirements - Structure and deliver recurring reports and dashboards accurately and on-time THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE - Graduate/ postgraduate degree preferred - Team Management experience of minimum 3 years - Advance Excel is essential - General Insurance experience would be preferred - Green Belt / Lean Certified would be preferred - Prior experience in handling US process would be preferred WHATS IN FOR YOU - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations/function of the company. - Liaise extensively with stakeholders.
