Team Lead - Wealth Operations - NBFC

Looking to hire for a Well Known NBFC

- Lead a team of 4-5 members in Wealth Management Operations

- Knowledge of Investment Advisory , PMS , NDPMS and Family Office would be an advantage.

- Design and implement processes to manage the entire client life cycle Client Onboarding, Transaction processing and Client Reporting

- Drive Team performance, mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement

- 7-9 Years of experience and complete understanding of all the wealth management and family office advisory products

- Has experience in managing teams Wealth Operations

- Extensive knowledge and practical experience on application of all the relevant market infrastructure and intermediaries like RTAs ,Banks and BSE Star

- High level of familiarity with technology for process automation.
