Team Lead - Wealth Advisory - Bank (7-18 yrs)
We are hiring for our Banking client, in its Wealth Management Division
Role : Team Leader- Managing a team of 5 Wealth Manager/ Sr Wealth Manager along with Managing Individual Books
Grade : VP
Reporting to : Regional Head who in turns reports to Business Head
Ctc : upto 35 Lacs (Based on Current/ Experience/ AUM)
Minimum AUM (NON Casa & TD) requirements (ONLY TPP) : 100 Cr
Needless to mention, prior Investment Advisory/ Wealth Advisory of HNI clients is a mandatory experience. We welcome candidates from NBFC Wealth Firms/ Indian Private Banks & Foreign Banks who are currently managing U/HNI Client Relationships.

Job Description :
- Build a team of private bankers
- Drive the revenue through the team
- Build a pipeline of clients/opportunities for making the business profitable
- Analyze financial, tax and credit needs of the customer and presents creative solutions. Identify opportunities to actively cross-sell all products and services as appropriate
- Understand competitive environment and develop strategies to retain and win new business
- Utilize financial statement analysis skills to advise the client of the options and opportunities available for them to achieve maximum performance of their assets and liabilities
Skill Sets :
- Minimum of 7+ years of private banking/wealth management experience
- Team building capabilities
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Ability to build strong relationships with discerning clients
- Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
Opportunity :
