Job Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - US Tax & Accounting to join our team in Ahmedabad.

- This role involves overseeing tax planning, preparation, and ensuring compliance with US tax laws.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of individual and business tax returns and will be responsible for leading a team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the tax preparation process for both individual and business clients.

- Prepare and review tax returns, including 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, 1041, 5471, and FinCEN tax forms.

- Ensure compliance with US federal and state tax laws and regulations.

- Assist in tax planning strategies to optimize financial efficiency for clients.

- Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline tax and accounting workflows.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

Education: CA (Chartered Accountant)

Experience:

- Minimum 3+ years in US tax preparation and accounting.

- Strong understanding of US tax codes, regulations, and financial planning.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in tax software and accounting tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
