Team Lead - Treasury/Product Control Head - Treasury (10-20 yrs)
- Manage team for processing FX Treasury transactions (IB, Merchant) in line with internal policies and regulations
- Responsible for confirmation, settlement, reporting of Interbank, Merchant transactions
- Defining and conducting reviews of controls to ensure accuracy of processing and adherence to regulations
- Ensuring correct accounting of transactions, FX positions and P/L
- Reconciliations of various TB accounts (position, receivable, payable..etc)
- Timely submission of regulatory returns
- Handling Audit queries in connection with above
- Driving automation initiatives in co-ordination with BSG team
- Motivating team to achieve above objective
- Candidates with atleast 10 years of experience in managing FX treasury (back office) operations
- Expert knowledge of both Interbank and merchant transaction processing
- Expert knowledge on forward contract documentation and related regulations
- Good understanding of regulations pertaining to FX treasury operations
- Should be aware of regulatory return requirements pertaining to FX treasury operations
- Good accounting knowledge of FX treasury transactions
- Well versed with CCIL, FEDAI guidelines
- Well versed will SWIFT message types and working
- Good team handling and communication skills
