Team Lead - Tax Operations - Center of Excellence - Shared Services

Work Experience :

- 4 years of experience of working in tax and/or advisory functions with at least 2 years in a management level within the function

- Experience in working in a shared service environment preferred

Industry / Certifications :

- MBA (Finance) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) would be preferred

Project Co-ordination and delivery :

- Closely monitor all ICoE related activity in the region

- Be the SPOC for all queries related to ICoE and its functioning for the respective region

- Support the organizational business and budget planning process

- Proactively engage with service line heads and senior managers to identify opportunities for expansion of scope

Knowledge : 

- Good understanding of the processes of tax and accounting advisory practices

- Knowledge of tax laws and accounting standards

- Ethical stakeholder management

- Project co-ordination
