Team Lead - Talent Acquisition - Banking (6-11 yrs)

Job Duties & responsibilities:
- The position is required to ensure the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- Role is required to source the right profiles, manage stakeholders for hiring the best-fit Talent
- Ensure recruitment against vacancies as per defined turn-around-times
- Manage role in line with group framework and country requirements
- Use all available tools/options to source candidates as per defined job description
- Proactive relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure execution of organizational deliverables in tandem with HR partners
Required Experience:
- Minimum 6 to 10 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition in the banking industry, Investment banking , BFSI Domain.
- Experience in managing recruitment for some of the key verticals such as Wholesale Banking functions including SME/MME and/or support units such as Technology & Operations, Consumer Banking / Wealth Management, T&M, Risk Management, and other support functions.
Years of exp - 6 to 11 Years , Min 2 years of Team handling experience.
