Team Lead - Social Media - Staffing (3-7 yrs)
There is an opening for Team Lead -Social Media for GHR Staffing.
- The job demands an excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- An active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices in order to strengthen the Employer Brand on the various social Media platforms and drive social recruiting in the Group with consistent messaging.
- To benchmark and implement policies / practices in the area of Recruitment and On boarding in order to identify and engage high quality talent and enhance the quality of hire for the Group.
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our employer brand and our content.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about company, with potential candidates and brand new audiences.
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g. Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach passive candidates.
Required details.
Education : MBA
Experience : 4-6 yrs
