- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Team Lead to take charge of our digital presence and brand storytelling across various platforms.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, SMM, and campaign execution with a proven track record of driving online engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing and social media strategies for the Company, CEO, and various Divisions.

- Manage and optimize SEO performance across all group websites and platforms.

- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to conceptualize and deliver effective campaigns.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; identify opportunities to improve engagement, traffic, and conversions.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SEO, social media, and digital marketing.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align brand messaging across all online touchpoints.

- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Social Media Marketing.

- Strong knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

- Experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, SEMrush, etc.

- Excellent communication skills and creative thinking ability.

- Prior experience in leading a team is an added advantage.
