About the Role:

- We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Team Leader DME AR (Durable Medical Equipment Accounts Receivable) to join our team in Jaipur.

- This role requires a seasoned leader with deep domain knowledge, strong managerial skills, and a proactive approach to process enhancement and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of AR executives working in the DME domain

- Monitor team performance, ensure adherence to quality and productivity benchmarks

- Implement shrinkage control strategies and ensure low attrition levels

- Drive process improvements for enhanced efficiency and client satisfaction

- Act as a point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring timely resolutions

- Conduct regular team training and performance reviews

Eligibility Criteria:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in DME AR

- At least 2 years of proven experience in a Team Leader or similar supervisory role

Required Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of DME AR processes and best practices

- Proficiency in shrinkage control and team handling

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

- Experience in client communication and process optimization
