This is a fulltime, high growth opportunity for a competent, hands-on secondary research professional, preferably from IT / ICT business research in Delhi/NCR. It is presently a work from home and a remote opportunity. Opportunity 1) This is a critical position to manage project delivery in a growing environment 2) You will manage the analysts and clients across project types and programs to ensure that its ticks all the right boxes and brings perspective to enhance client templates 3) Manage the analyst work flow and proactively work to scale their research, analysis and presentation skills and make them efficient and effective to self-manage work flow during the day 4) Manage clients - expectation, workflow and relationship 5) Free management bandwidth from project delivery and emerge as a strong delivery person 6) Evolve to significantly partake in pre-sales and business development efforts including taking opening client calls, evangelizing our research business, and help in creating collaterals and PoV articles What you must bring 1) Exceptional secondary research skills to comprehensively find information through a Google search. You generally know what type of data can be sourced from where and are crafty with your search string 2) Good presentation skills that uses appropriate styles and colors to present analysis in a cohesive and compelling manner 3) Understand storyboarding and can logically structure slides to address project requirements. You know cause and effect relationship and can bring flow and form to outcomes 4) Good written and spoken English that is grammatically correct, brief and to the point. You are good at summary writing and concise a 50 slider deck into a half pager compelling summary 5) You have worked on varied projects - from the complex (white space, innovation scout, market entry, market sizing) to the standardized (trends, company profiles, data management, etc.) 6) Experience in converting a client ask into a ToC, complete with timelines, inclusions, and caveats 7) You have managed 5-6 people, are a people's person, and demonstrate the art and science of managing people 8) Good with excel and fairly comfortable with number, including financial statements What you preferably bring : 1) Good understanding of ICT solutions like data center, networking, cybersecurity, UCaaS, etc. 2) Exposure to pre-sales and business development activities 3) Experience in a range of people management activities including hiring, mentoring, training, appraisals, and exits What we offer : 1) Very stimulating and challenging work environment that has you deliver the best.
