Job Description :
- Devise search and campaign strategies to meet the KRAs and Goal
- Devise strategies to increase/ improve Conversions, ROI and Cost of acquisition
- Perform daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Bing and Facebook
- Monitor SEM KPIs, analyze performance & create reports
- Work closely with the product and category team to reach the conversion goals
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
- Build and Nurture Team
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience - 4-7 years in SEM, preferably from good Digital Marketing Agency or worked in internet based business
- Has team handling experience
- Has handled big budget accounts
- SEM Ninja, Passion for Search and internet marketing
- Ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
- Attention to detail
- Highly conversion centric
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- A Math savvy person, Excellent analytical skills
- Self-motivated, High levels of integrity
- Google Adwords Certified Professional
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
