Team Lead - Sales - Real Estate (5-7 yrs)

Talasha Recruitment is hiring a Sales Team Lead for Hyderabad's leading residential real estate development brand. Responsibilities
- Analyze the market, identify opportunities & develop effective sales plan to capitalize on them
- Lead the execution of strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends the company's reach
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train them and monitor their performance
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Ensure that company targets are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
Good to Have
- 5-7 years solid experience in real-estate
- Of which at least 2 year should be relevant sales managerial experience of leading a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Young, energetic & problem solving bent of mind
CTC - 12 to 15L fixed + Performance Incentive
