ECommerce Sales Team Lead - FinTech/Payment Gateway - Gurgaon What's the Role? - Lead the E-Commerce Sales team in India to consistently out-perform by acquiring high-value new customers on a Monthly, Quarterly & Annual basis. - This role will also have the remit of managing our Delhi Office. Responsibilities will entail smooth functioning, implementation of new initiatives & managing employee engagement events for Delhi office in coordination with Office Manager (Bangalore based) & HRBP (HK based). - Own the development, success, and management of the E-Commerce sales Team. - Develop new business opportunities with potential sales/business development/adoption and market penetration for prospecting, qualifying and recruiting SMB's on the Payoneer platform. - Impact market segment share by acquiring and onboarding new customers in the E-Commerce vertical. - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders. - Maintain and achieve/exceed team targets in areas of # of clients and GMV from our direct business. - Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team. - Align and sync the sales activities with other organizational functions (product, marketing, sales, etc.) - Drive sales funnel to augment customer acquisitions and lead the sales teams by representing Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness. - Coach, analyze and direct team performance on building a group of high bar performers. - Draft various business reports. Have you accomplished this kind of qualification? - 8-10 years of business development, sales, account management experience, especially in payments or e-commerce. Experience in working with SMB's is essential. - Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals - Proven ability to manage and develop medium to large teams. - Proficiency in the use of email, with strong written and verbal communications skills - Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results. - High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure. - Ability to see the bigger picture. - Flexibility to travel within the country and internationally as relevant. The following would be considered a plus for candidates: - Experience with e-commerce sellers - Experience in the Payments and Banking industry - Experience with direct sales for small businesses engaged in cross border trade - Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media - Experience with data analytics & BI tools
