Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15-20 sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure adherence to sales processes and maintain high standards of customer engagement.

- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the team on sales techniques and product knowledge.

- Manage customer escalations efficiently and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure proper tracking of sales activities.

Key Requirements:

- 3-5 years of total experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong background in B2C sales, preferably in matchmaking, e-commerce, or subscription-based industries.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
