- At-least 2 years of experience in US recruitment.
- Successful track record of client management and recruitment operations.
- Providing excellent delivery to all the clients within SLAs
- Tracking the performance of all clients on Weekly and Monthly basis by preparing & analyzing various clients reports and taking corrective and preventative actions.
- Coming up with new Recruitment strategies & planning for a high success ratio on all the clients.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a team management role for the US Staffing Industry.
- Ensuring the Team is engaged and motivated to perform at maximum potential in a healthy environment.
- Excellent knowledge of creative sourcing and networking
- Ensuring the maximum utilization of resources.
- Helping and training team members on sourcing tactics with best sourcing strategies.
- Should be specialized in W2 and 1099 recruitment.
- Should have worked in MSP model recruitment. Familiarity with VMSs would be a huge plus.
- Should have a past record in generating starts/revenues proportionate to the team size.
- Proven Leadership qualities with getting nature is a must have skill.
- Extensive problem solving experience and attitude to overcome challenges and complex problems.
- Ensuring the process compliance and possessing strong process ethics.
- Strict adherence to process driven recruiting
