Team Lead - Recruitment - Executive Search Firm

THE OPPORTUNITY :

The Team Lead plays a crucial role in our team by directly managing people, providing instructions, guidance and support. This role is pivotal in ensuring that new employees have a positive onboarding experience, and are enabled with the right tools and skills to succeed.

What youll Be Doing Everyday:

- Oversee your teams day-to-day activities

- Ensuring client SLAs are met by ensuring all tasks are completed and the team work efficiently. On board and train new employees, and coach existing team members, developing leaders of the future.

- Provide instructions, direction, or guidance to complete daily tasks

- Perform daily tasks and projects as needed

- Perform regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports

- Address performance issues directly.

- Suggest and implement Process Improvement Initiatives

- Prepare progress and status report to the Function Manager

- Participate in recruitment coordination activities

What you bring to the table

- 4-5 years experience in recruitment or account management

- 1-2 years experience managing people

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Strong problem solving skills

- Strong knowledge in MS Excel/Sheets and the ability to analyze and report on data

- Experience using MS Office Suite

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Minimum Associates Degree (Bachelor Degree preferred)
