Experience - 5 - 8 Years

Skill: The requirement is 5 to 8 years of experience in Trading domain (Equity, FX, Futures & Fixed Income ). Possess good knowledge and experience in Charles river development (CRIMS) or Fidessa (Minerva).

Has good experience in automation using UFT (Unified functional tester), should be using UFT and not an end user of the tool.

Location - Bangalore

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Helping the team with building the automation suit

- Converting business requirements into test cases

- Have good knowledge & experience in either Fidessa Latent Zero products or Charles river development (CRIMS)

- Have good knowledge & experience in Trading(Equity, FX, Futures & Fixed Income )

- Have good knowledge & experience in FIX related testing

- Good functional knowledge in Trading & Compliance

- Designing and executing automation test cases for complete modules and/or workflows

- Designing and executing manual test cases for complete modules and/or workflows.

- Maintain the regression suite for functional and regression testing and to execute it as per the release

- Trace the defect, lodge it in the defect tracking tool, follow-up with developers and business to get it fixed

- Working closely with software developers to develop test specifications and build test cases to rigorously test product functionality and investigate all potential product test failures.

- Bug fix verification and validation.

- Should have minimum 4 years of automation experience in UFT

- Writing and reviewing of QA documentation, daily checklists, standard operating procedures and other documents related to the roles and responsibilities of the team

Expertise :

- Strong Automation knowledge of standalone application using UFT,

- Functional knowledge of Order management System,

- Trading platform - CRIMS (Charles river development), Minerva & Sentinel (Fidessa )

- Trade system experience
