Team Lead - Outbound Sales - BPO - UK Shift (4-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
As a sales team leader, candidate should be:
- Motivating and coaching internal sales people on how to achieve business sales targets
- Managing team members KPI's
- Supporting team managers to increase sales through training on sales techniques
- Develop and coach effective questioning skills to understand a prospects need
- Giving feedback on call structure and closing skills through remote listening and side by side coaching
- Develop action plans to increase performance and productivity of under-performing individuals
- Support incentives to improve sales and cross sell opportunities
- Critiquing appointments to ensure quality is maintained
Preferred Skills:
- Proven track record in sales
- Proven track record in sales training and sales coaching
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in creating and designing training courses desirable
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent soft skills - listening, motivating, communicating
- A strong sense of leadership and inspiration
- Portray a positive attitude to maintain a department of enthusiasm and drive
Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
