NRI Team Lead


Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic NRI Team Lead to drive our Non-Resident Indian (NRI) investment portfolio.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, manage, and grow the NRI client base, ensuring superior investment solutions and client satisfaction.


- The role requires a deep understanding of wealth management, regulatory compliance, and international investment opportunities tailored to NRI clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of investment advisors dedicated to NRI clients.

- Develop and implement strategies to acquire, engage, and retain high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) NRI clients.

- Provide personalized investment solutions based on risk appetite, financial goals, and market conditions.

- Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, SEBI, and other relevant regulations governing NRI investments.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including research, compliance, and product development, to enhance client offerings.

- Stay updated with global investment trends, tax implications, and wealth structuring strategies for NRIs.

- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analysis for clients.

- Develop strong relationships with international banking partners and financial institutions.

- Train and mentor the team to enhance their knowledge and client engagement skills.

- Monitor and analyze team performance, setting targets and ensuring revenue growth.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum10 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or NRI banking.

- Strong knowledge of investment products such as mutual funds, equities, bonds, structured products, and alternative investments.

- Proven track record of handling HNW and UHNW clients, with a strong sales and relationship management acumen.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
