Payroll Company : Flexability (RPO Model)

Work Model : Hybrid

Working Days : 5 Days in a week, Day shift

Please Note: This is an RPO Model, wherein you would be a permanent employee with Flexability, and you would be deployed to the client location (nearsite) (Not a contract role).

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven TA lead who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team. Someone who is passionate about hiring across different geographies. The ideal Candidate is a self-motivated, enterprising person with impeccable communication and recruitment skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

1. Proven experience of 8-14 years of in full cycle recruitment with prior experience of handling 5-6 team members and driving volume hiring outcomes consistently

2. In-depth knowledge of talent systems and recruitment tools like ATS, Taleo, workday etc.

3. Excellent presentation, Analytical, Problem solving skills

4. A Sense of ownership and pride in self-performance and its impact on the company's success

5. Solid history of delivering volume hiring in a year using market intelligence, various recruitment channels and techniques

6. MBA/ PG in Human Resources or similar relevant field

7. Should have good exposure in Operations hiring in the domains of Contact Center, Non-IT, ITES, BPO, Procurement, Corporate.

8. Proven experience of delivering at least 200-500 Hiring in a year.

Qualifications :

- Prior experience in the staffing industry or Banking/Investment, preferably within TA Department

- Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles through ATS,CRM etc.

- Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches

- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

- A degree in Pharmacy or Health sciences or a related discipline is desirable.
