- Proven experience in managing information systems and reporting functions, preferably within finance and business in the FMCG manufacturing industry

- Track record of implementing data visualization tools and dashboards for performance reporting

- Experience with data governance and data security practices

Key Role & Responsibilities :

- Supervise the planning, creation, and upkeep of databases, data warehouses, and reporting systems to bolster financial and operational insights

- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and formalize data for management reporting

- Lead the deployment and utilization of data visualization tools and dashboards

- Collaborate with the Commercial team for analysis of the MIS and handle request for any adhoc reports as needed

- Oversee the effectiveness and efficiency of the MIS team and allocate resources as necessary to ensure stability

- Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading procedures for streamlined data movement and system integration

- Offer counsel on data governance and security to safeguard sensitive information and adhere to data privacy laws

- Provide support to organizational units with spontaneous data analysis and recommendations for enhanced decision-making

- Direct the training and growth initiatives of team members to enrich their technical proficiencies

- Collaborate with IT units to pinpoint and effectuate enhancements in data management and reporting infrastructure

- Remain informed about industry trends and innovations in data management and reporting technologies
