- Detail understanding about the small business psyche to derive qualitative insights for building marketing strategies (digital, content, growth, engagement) targeting varied and diverse customer segments. - Building and grooming the inbound marketing engine which will help in acquiring new customers every day with zero sales touch. - Lead a growing team owning functions of Demand Generation, Content Strategy, Product Marketing and Growth Marketing - Creating a culture of sustained experimentation and growth hacking to standout in the fintech space and also create the playbook for Inbound Marketing to MSMEs in India - Driving integrated marketing plans for demand generation utilizing digital marketing, email marketing, offline events and promotions (ATL and BTL), etc - Build dashboards and reports for insights about the success of demand generation efforts. - Work closely with cross-functional teams on the launch strategy for new products/features - Should be relentlessly data driven and research the Indian MSME market to understand opportunities for products and solutions. - Should be creative, must be able to think out of the box and should have the desire to experiment and take risks - Minimum 4-5 years of product marketing or go-to-market; experience working in technology, product or platform companies will be preferred
