Team Lead/Manager - Recruitment - India's Largest Internet Organization Seeking a highly-engaged and experienced Recruitment Lead for the recruitment team. In this role, you will design and ensure recruitment compliance while supporting frontline hiring delivery teams to cater to business requirements. Required Candidate profile : - Applicants should be able to manage and oversee a team of recruiters, including handling performance management, reviews, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and counseling. - Lead a team of recruiters for Niche/Lateral Hiring. - Prior experience in managing a team of 4-5 Recruiters. - Achieving direct and team targets. - Learn, explore and adopt the modern and latest technology in recruitment. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process starting from sourcing, ensure attendance of candidate in an interview, offer negotiation, timely joining, and retention completion. - Strong stakeholder management with excellent communication skills - Pleasing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate - Ability to multitask and manage a fluctuating workload in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines - Excellent knowledge of multiple Job portals. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Effective negotiation, and influent communication skills. - Experience in Handling multiple positions - Exposure to Lateral and Leadership Hiring would be an added advantage.
