Team Lead/Manager - Legal Entity Control - BFSI

Opportunity for Team Lead / Manager for Legal Entity Control role.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Legal entity accounting & control, including month-end close process, parent/child accounting, and equity pick-up.

- Monitor the monthly consolidation of income statement and balance sheet.

- Month-End analytical review of the legal entity to ensure completeness and accuracy of the financial statements and preparation of various reports, including contributions to the Monthly Controllers Book, as well as Legal Entity and Line of Business financial commentary.

- Develop and maintain financial reports and schedules and perform various control procedures to ensure the integrity of reported financial results.

- Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues, and support ad-hoc requests for financial information received from across the firm.

- Support Federal Reserve regulatory reporting

- Resolution & Recovery review and confirm periodic financial and non-financial appendices

- General ledger balance reconciliation - Complete reconciliation of numerous general ledger accounts.
