Urgent opening for a Team Lead role - BFSI IT Recruitment with a multinational investment bank and financial services company

Location: Pune

Working Hours: 5 days, Day shift (WFO)

Please Note:

This is an RPO Model, wherein you would be a permanent employee with Flexability and be deployed to the client location (onsite) (Not a contract role).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 10-15 years in full-cycle recruitment with prior experience of handling 4-8 team members and driving exceptional hiring outcomes consistently

- In-depth knowledge of talent systems and recruitment tools like ATS.

- Excellent presentation, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills

- A Sense of ownership and pride in self-performance and its impact on the company's success

- MBA/ PG in Human Resources or a similar relevant field

- Should have considerable exposure in Commercial hiring in the domains of IT.

Employment Type:- Full time/ Permanent

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the staffing industry, preferably within TA Department

- Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles through ATS, CRM, etc.

- Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches,

- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

- A degree in any discipline is desirable.
