Business Analyst IT - MES - Team Lead - Pharma

- Play the role of one of the global MES expert and Support lead.

- Connect with Site SMEs (subject matter experts) from various parts of the world and gather requirements for MES/EBR.

- Contribute to standardization and prioritization of requirements.

- Contribute to validation documents (e.g. IRA, URS, FS, HDS, CS, Validation Plan, Validation Report, Traceability Matrix etc.) creation, review, approval for global MES version(s) being developed.

- Interact with development vendor, provide necessary input

- Contribute in validating the MES functionalities newly delivered by vendor.

- Analyze server level issues whenever any end user issue occurs.

- Provide support in design of template recipes / workflows/ procedures.

- Provide support in creation, update, review, approval of Training Documents for MES

- Provide technical support to site deployment teams/vendors.

- Provide support in interfacing MES with other systems like SAP, Warehouse, Data Historian, Batch Execution, Labeling, Reporting and Analytics systems.

- Provide support in interfacing MES with peripheral devices such as Scales, Scanners, Label printers etc.
