Responsibilities:
1. Spearheading Marketing activities of Commercial projects and spaces
2. Focusing and Spearheading investment and divestment opportunities in the Office market
3. Business development - Sourcing and nurturing relationships with HNIs, Super HNIs and office space owners
4. Sourcing Investors and supply for divestment
5. Sourcing corporate clients and building relationships with Corporate occupiers
6. Leading office transactions in the mandated projects and elsewhere
7. Touch base with senior leadership of companies
8. Relationship building with Channel Partners - IPCs and Brokers
Preferred skills:
1. Client servicing and BD experience-a must, preferably in commercial office market
2. Knowledge of Mumbai City and various micro-markets
3. Knowledge of commercial real estate in Mumbai
4. Negotiation skills
Ideal candidates from:
- Existing brokers with commercial real estate experience from IPCs
- Institutional brokers-HDFC Realty, Kotak Realty, IIFL, etc.
- Sales/Leasing team member of a Developer, Business Centres/Co-working players
- Client servicing/BD from the Hospitality sector
