Team Lead - Inside Sales - IT (7-12 yrs)
- Responsible for providing market intelligence insights into various target markets, potential clients, Industry issues and trends, competitive analysis etc.
- Having experience in Lead generation.
- Should have experience in handling a team of at least 6 members.
- International Market exposure like US, UK, Europe, Middle East.
- Prioritize tasks and handle projects, client calls and messaging independently and understand complex requests.
- Track and analyze the right information by compiling in prescribed formats to deliver within the agreed timelines.
- Developing market intelligence through the public domain from primary and secondary sources.
- Perform highly technical research and analytical functions with accuracy as per agreed timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Ability to manage time and pay close attention to detail
- Industry/sector knowledge, understanding/working knowledge of the structure of Big Four
- Experience in strategic research, using mostly secondary data sources to execute research assignments in the areas of: company profiles, competitor intelligence, industry / sector overviews
- Hands experience in using Sales force or Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Ability to engage prospect on a call with clear and precise messages.
