Team Lead - Inside Sales - EdTech (5-8 yrs)
Designation: Team Lead
- This is a leadership role, the Individual will be driving a team to meet Revenue & Admission targets for colleges PAN India
- Responsible for leading a team of 10-15 counselors initially
- Responsible to drive productivity matrix, focus on key KPIs to improve conversion rates
- Will be responsible to manage the lead funnel for his/her unit, communicate with the marketing teams for the lead demand and actual supply
- Will be responsible to identify gaps and execute improvement plans backed by data and optimize lead funnel.
- Accountable of defining and executing SOPs & training and development plan for his/her team.
- Responsible for reporting progress and any deviations from the actual plan.
- 5-8 Yrs. of overall experience
- 4+ Yrs. in Education/ Colleges/Consultants selling MBA/PGDB/ Similar programs
- Min 3 yrs. Experience of handling a team of counsellors, lead funnels in a similar set up
- Good exposure to lead lifecycle for post-graduation programs
- Good with numbers, excellent in MS excel
- Proficient in spoken English & Hindi
- People management - Proven track record of leading sized and contributive events
- Leadership acumen, convincing & has a point of view
