This role will create dashboard, analyze large datasets of internal and external data, and communicate the results across the organization in a way that informs and drives the organization to action.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collects and organizes data and information from a variety of sources
- Extracts and writes queries to underlying SQL Server and Oracle databases
- Designs, develops and deploys dynamic & interactive dashboards, operational scorecards, ad hoc and canned reports based on requirements and using Business Intelligence tools and solutions
- Writes results of analyses, explain findings, and makes recommendations to managers and executives
- Ensures the data models, security and architecture is aligned with business requirements and follows HR compliance as defined by the organization
- Good understanding on visualization and expert on demonstrating data on tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI etc
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python/R
- Strong Excel skills with Macro as an added advantage
- Be a story teller and demonstrate proficiency in dynamic visuals using interactions between two or more visuals to explain the correlations or other profound relationships of the datasets or variables
- Create what-if scenarios through advance visuals and have ability to simulate the scenarios on the basis of given criteria
