We have an urgent mandate for an HR Business Partner (Team Lead) position with the topmost Technology MNCs from India. The position is to be based in Bangalore and Noida.

Job Description :

- HR Generalist role which needs to support Key Business Linked HR Plans for all inside sales staff

Job Responsibilities :

- Need to drive Frontend Productivity & support for increase in Sales efficiencies through driving Manpower productivity.

- Need to drive Manning norms for all frontend associates.

- Implementation & Execution of Standardized HR processes, communication, people capability building, policy implementation.

- Market Developer Management to create stability in the Field Force

- Need to drive organizational culture in terms of Diverse work force management by ensuring a safe & secure work place to all frontend associates.

- Special focus on driving routines.

Educational Qualification: MBA in HR from a reputed B School.

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in the field of sales HR or similar roles in a large sized organization employing more than 1000 employees. Experience of leading a team is a must.

Salary : Around Rs.20.0-22.0 Lpa
