Our client is a MNC Bank and we are looking for a position based at Delhi. We are looking for someone to manage the General Affairs and Administration function. Ideally, candidate should have managed the similar profile and have an overall work experience of 10-15 years. The key Responsibilities are as follows :

Scope of Area - General Affairs Dept

General Administration :

- Control of Operating / Business Expenses under HO sanctioned Budget;

- Smooth functioning of infrastructure facilities

- Assets Checking and submission of Statement to HO, twice in a year;

- Justified purchases of the Bank and make timely payments;

- Petty cash expenses / control;

Premises Maintenance :

- Proper maintenance of premises taken on lease by the Bank

- Renewal of lease agreements as & when become due

- Branch premises-including House-keeping / Pantry services; Branch Security; Electricity & Water etc.

- Disaster Recovery Cell (DRC);

- Leased accommodation for Expatriate staff;

Insurance & Annual Maintenance Contracts :

- Renewal of various insurance policies

- Bankers' Indemnity Policy; Staff Insurance accompanying Cash while in Transit;

- Fire, Burglary & House Breaking for Branch, DRC and Residence;

- Office Car

- Renewal / negotiation of various Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to ensure smooth functioning in the branch;

Postage & Telephones :

- Ensure proper dispatch / delivery of inward / outward mail received through general post / courier service / registered or speed post;

- Ensure uninterrupted working of office telephone lines;

- Printing & Stationery

- General Stationery, Standard forms, Computerized printed forms / statements;

- Security printing (e.g. CDRs, Cheque Books etc.);

Other Responsibilities :

- Traveling, Hotel and Transportation arrangements (staff, HO visitors as well as other guests from abroad);

- Formalities relating to VISA / FRRO formalities with MHA/GOI in r/o Expatriates;

- Liaising with Government / Semi-Government and Private Agencies;

- Office car maintenance;

- Organizing periodical / annual events etc.
