Team Lead - Fund Raising and Partnerships Relations - NGO Sector

Key Responsibilities :

1. Secure adequate funding for the operation and expansion of the program

2. Building a sound base of new donors/partners

3. Strengthening the relations with existing donors/partners and provide adequate reporting to them.

4. Develop communication materials for resource mobilization (newsletters, annual report, brochures, presentations, etc.)

5. Ensure regular intra-office communication on developments of the resource mobilization of the organization

6. Create, plan and implement all fundraising strategies and activities, building from and expanding upon the success of current private and public efforts

7. Manage, write, produce, proposals and reports, to regional private individuals and private sector philanthropic, corporate foundations etc

8. Foster and cultivate relationships with the private sector, philanthropic funding community and high-level donors, through participation in relevant industry events, as well as organizational engagement and outreach;

9. Provide support for strategic growth of organization, develops an annual plan, work with project teams, with clear performance indicators.

10. Perform other job-related responsibilities, as assigned.

Skills Required :

- Prior experience in raising funds (college cultural/technical festivals, charity events)

- Great communication skills over the phone and in-person

- Proven track record of having managed large amounts of funds

- Excellent partner/donor management skills

- Ability to strategize on the expansion of fundraising operations
