Team Lead - Finance (10-17 yrs)
Job Description:
- Contributing to the development of strategies and responsible for provide financial management information & support to the senior management decision making; accountable for monthly financial cash needs analysis, budgetary forecasts
- Leading the finance function by taking responsibility for the financial management, ensuring financial management procedures and systems are met in compliance to procedures & guidelines, as well as ensuring adherence to accounting practices and standards
- Monthly reporting on costing and profitability on comparison with Budget and other benchmark to management
- Exploring various cost reduction projects by working closely with the operations team and ensuring implementation.
- Implementation of Internal Controls wherever necessary for effective execution of day to day activities resulting in Cost reduction and modifications pertaining to marketing activities
- Ensuring proper inventory management to control working capital and ensuring
- Preparation of various MIS reports on profitability, inventory, spares and consumables consumption, Purchase price etc.
- Detailed Product level analysis of Financials and consolidation at company level
- Forecast monthly estimated P&L to bring alignment with annual Budget of the company
- Highlighting key areas of concerns to management and thus enabling decision-making and help organization improving profitability
- Only ICWA/CA/MBA Finance candidate with through out first division only should apply.
