Team Lead - Equity Dealing & Advisory - Financial Service Firm (4-8 yrs)
Our client a leading financial service firm is looking for a Team Lead - Equity Dealing and Advisory for Turbhe (Navi Mumbai)
Responsibilities include:
- Will be responsible for driving team towards Equity Advisory, Dealing & Client acquisition.
- Achieve Business Objectives of sales numbers, revenue, turnover and market share
- Improve business generation from new and existing clients mapped to the team
- Drive the team towards achieving targets for client activation and retention
- Cement existing relationships, develop new ones, strong service attitude
- Identify the customer requirement and need gaps and work towards bridging the same
Desired Skills and Experience:
- MBA - Finance is mandatory
- 4-8 yrs (at least 1-2 years experience of Team Handling is mandatory)
- Team management capabilities & ability to acquire, advise and handle relationships with the clients
- Should be proficient in equity and derivatives products and understanding of equities markets
- NISM Certification is mandatory
