Company Name - Leading Internation Property Consultant-(IPC) Skills - Eloqua Reports to: Assistant Marketing Manager Shift Time- 1-10pm (Only return drop with cab facility) Duties &amp; Responsibilities: What this job involves : The Eloqua Specialist will be chiefly in charge of their marketing automation platform and email campaigns. They will be creating and optimizing marketing content, including tracking campaigns, drip campaigns, landing pages and content creation. The position also involves regular maintenance to the Eloqua system. Job Descriptions &amp; requirement from the candidate: - Should be able to work on strict turn around times, have a problem-solving approach, is sharp and aware of the new innovations/ services in the industry. - An Eloqua Mastery Certification is strongly preferred. - The candidate also must have experience in implementation and integration with Salesforce. - Additional skills include A/B testing, HTML, and webinars. - Should have lead teams, can set up multi step campaigns, can consult stakeholders and can implement complex campaigns single headedly while nurturing and guiding junior resources - Performance objectives - At least 5+ years in email marketing with experience in demonstrated success creating and implementing effective email campaigns - Drive cross-functional marketing initiatives with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to increase provider activations, retention - Experience with building scalable, broad reach email acquisition partnerships &amp; programs, while assisting on-boarding programs to maximize engagement. - Experienced setting multi-channel campaigns - Strong quantitative, strategic, and data visualization skills highly recommended, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred - Understand the esoteric nature of email design, delivery and analytics and be able to effectively communicate this to non-technical stakeholders - Expert user of the basics: MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
