For their Investment Advisory and Wealth Division they are seeking a Team Manager/ Lead- MIS & Data Analytics person.

- Prior Data Analytics Experience In Bfsi Industry Of Atleast 4 Years Is A Must.  

- Excellent Knowledge Of Excel/ Creation Of Sales Dashboards Is Mandatory

Job Purpose

- To support business head in realizing strategic goals, delivering business proposition and enabling innovation in the business and business analytics. Responsible for defining and driving strategic, operational and organizational improvements across 3 Lines of Businesses namely Wealth Management, B2B and Institutional.

- This role helps identify, track and report on business progress and key success factors impacting business health. It provides leadership and business stakeholders with necessary periodic and on-demand analytics efficiently and accurately for decision support. This role leads the function to serve as a central repository for all sales analytics requirements and coordinates systematically with different functions to ensure relevance, accuracy and consistency of data. Additionally, it also identifies and proposes implementation of data analytics/ BI tools to generate impactful data-driven insights.

- To design a data analytics strategy and framework catering to dynamic business needs and developments

- To constantly upgrade financial & operational know how of self and team members on industry dynamics, business drivers, operational process parameters, and diverse lead and lag indicators of business performance

- To work and coordinate with stakeholders across the pan-India business of the organization efficiently, while ensuring data integrity, currency and consistency

Enabling Skill Sets & Qualifications :

- Critical skill sets required to meet these challenges include business and commercial acumen, excellent analytical skills, strong execution and monitoring skills, stakeholder management, excellent communication and presentation skills, along with deep product-market understanding.

- Team Management: Managing 2-3 members in the MIS Team

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & experience required to fulfill this profile are a postgraduate (MBA/ CA) with minimum 6 - 10 yrs. of experience in the Banking/ NBFC space, of which at least recent 3 - 4 yrs. experience should be in/ have exposure to data analytics.
