Team Lead Risk - Unsecured Loans - Creating Credit related Policies/Underwriting Policies for the entire portfolio of unsecured loans. - Design various credit products for unsecured loans and stress test them for the current market scenario. - Must have a deep understanding of the retail credit portfolio and have experience in the same profile. - Ensure processing of Unsecured Loans applications as per the policy parameters set by the NBFC. - Ensuring that the controls and checks are followed as per the defined process. - Ensuring high underwriting quality and processing efficiency. - Implementation of defined processes and strategies to automate the credit underwriting. - Interacting with sales and risk and providing feedback on the quality of applications sourced. - Automating the existing processes to improve productivity and TAT. A Successful Candidate to have : - Minimum Educational qualification should be an MBA or a CA. - Experience of over 10 years in banking in unsecured loans, Risk etc. - Demonstrated high performance in the role of retail risk.
