Team Lead - Counterparty Risk/Derivative Risk - Bank (8-10 yrs)
Job Objective
- To define Risk framework as well as measure, monitor & analyze Counterparty risk of the bank
Job Responsibilities
- Understanding of Counterparty Risk Framework and strengthening existing Counterparty risk framework with guidance of ALCO or Top Management for continuous improvement
- Proactive Risk Management and reporting of Counterparty Risk reports to RBI or IFMMC and Addressing the queries with satisfactory resolution of queries or comments from various Audits and RBI
- Proactive Risk Management and reporting of Counterparty Risk reports to RBI or IFMMC
- Reviewing existing processes providing requirements and participating in UATs and Identification and initiation of automation initiatives from better control and risk management perspective.
- Interaction and Query resolutions with multiple teams like Relationship managers, Financial Market Back office etc.
- Submission of ALCO MIS and Coordination for ALCO meeting
