Team Lead - Corporate Placement - EdTech (6-8 yrs)
Corporate Placement Team Lead, Mumbai
Salary Range- 15 LPA-20 LPA

About Process :
- Maintaining a database of companies and establishing strategic links for recruitments
- To develop and close on associations with Corporates as Placement partners
- Gathering information about job fairs and all relevant recruitment advertisements.
- Coordinating with companies to learn about their requirements and recruitment procedures
- Identifying the needs and expectations of the companies to assist them in recruiting the most suitable candidates.
- Organizing pre-placement training/workshops/seminars for students
- To assist students for industrial training at the end of the semester
- To provide resources and activities to facilitate the career planning process.
- To act as a link between students and the employment community.
- To assist students in obtaining placement in reputed companies.
Requirement :
- Strong Interpersonal skills & Communication skills (8/10)
- Creative ways for achieving desired partnerships
Education :
- Graduate/PostGraduate with minimum 6years years of similar experience in Edtechs or Learning & Development verticals or Recruitment Consultancies
Shift timings : 10am till 6pm
